The second year
In their second year of the master course at Interaction Ivrea students worked on their thesis project. Thesis projects consisted of a scientific paper about interaction design completed by a practical design project about the topic of this paper. Their independant work was accompanied by an intense individual advice by two faculty members each and a series of presentations in front of whole IDII community and the external visitors. The year was completed with a final presentation of the projects and a joint exhbition in Turin.
The topics of the students I advised included the design of operating systems, the improvement of the quality of communication, awareness through design and intuitive physical interfaces.
